The "Where does your food come from" classes taught at schools is having a deep nutritional impact on students.

Classes engage students by taking a fun interactive format. Seedling planting and weekly scientific growth observations are at the core of the classes. 5-11 year olds get their hands dirty in an action packed 25 min class conducted by a parent member of the "My Organic School" co-op at your school.

Classes are set around the interactive Vege beds and seedling green house built and paid for by the school's "My Organic School" co-op.

The classes are designed to create real nutritional change. Children understand the growing process that creates the food on their dinner plates. When they have a closer connection to "where their food comes from" they are more inclined to eat a more diverse range of vegetables and fruits.
