WINTER WELLNESS HERO RECIPE
The most amazing and potent nutrients to ward off bacterial or viral infection is GINGER and GARLIC.
ORGANIC CHICKEN STIR – FRY for WINTER WELLNESS
One of my favourite recipes to ensure the kids are getting enough vegetables, and the heroes of winter GINGER and GARLIC is a chicken stir fry.
200gms organic chicken breasts chopped into bite sized pieces
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 cups mushrooms
½ head brocolli
2 knobs ginger grated finely
4 cloves garlic grated finely
3 tablespoons tamari (wheat free soy sauce)
2 tablespoons maple syrup for sweetness
Lightly stir fry the chicken in coconut oil, garlic and ginger, add vegetables and then soy and mape syrup
Serve with basmati rice from India well rinsed (to ensure you are reducing arsenic).
